About Georgiemane

Georgiemane is a haircare brand based in Australia whose “aim is to deliver the highest quality and most effective hair care products that every hair type can benefit from (we're talking natural, colored, thin, thick, short, long, curly, straight)”. Their products are vegan and cruelty-free, and focus on the “science and technical aspects of hair care formulations”.

Their products include shampoos, growth sprays, curl creams, heat protectant sprays, hair masks, anti-frizz serums, and scalp scrubs. They offer bundles specifically catered to hair growth and hair repair, as well as the option for customers to build their own bundles.

Challenges

Georgiemane is currently facing three specific challenges:

    • Collecting and integrating customer feedback on-site to drive purchases and create a seamless user experience
    • Recognizing and rewarding customers for repeat purchases and other types of desired engagement
    • Increasing customer lifetime value (LTV) and average order value (AOV) by encouraging customers to purchase more and buy more often

Solutions
