How do I set up the integration?
- To start, install Stamped and Gorgias to your ecommerce store.
- In your Stamped dashboard, go to Settings > Reviews Integrations > Apps > Gorgias and copy your webhook URL.
- In your Gorgias dashboard, go to Settings > App Store > HTTP integration and click Add HTTP Integration.
- Add the following:
Integration name: Stamped
Description: Leave it blank
Triggers: Check Ticket created and Ticket message created
URL: Paste your webhook URL - Click Add integration.
- Open a ticket from a customer who has previously left a review. Open your settings (the cog icon in the top right corner), then drag and drop Stamped into your sidebar. Click Save Changes.
