Integration overview & benefits 

The Stamped x Omnisend integration works with both Reviews and Loyalty, allowing you to create segments and workflows based on the review content submitted by your customers, which creates highly effective marketing campaigns and management of customer feedback, and to create automation emails for targeting specific customer groups based on their recent loyalty events.

You can segment contacts based on your Stamped data to send custom workflow emails for thanking customers for their 5-star reviews, following up on 1 and 2-star reviews to rectify their customer experience, notifying customers about their points balance, creating special campaigns based on their points balance, and encouraging customers to join the referral program by sending them a referral link.

How do I set up the integration?

    1. To start, install Stamped and Omnisend to your ecommerce store.
    2. In your Omnisend dashboard, go to Profile > Store Settings > API keys and click Create an API key.
    3. In your Stamped dashboard, go to Settings > Reviews/Loyalty Integrations > Apps > Omnisend. Click Install app.
    4. Paste your API key under Instructions, then click Save.
