The Drip x Stamped integration works together to create a seamless customer journey by automating review requests, replying to positive and negative reviews, and managing loyalty program communications.

Integration Benefits

Reviews impact buying behaviors and purchasing decisions. Online shoppers are more likely to purchase from a brand that showcases honest product reviews onsite, and asking for a review demonstrates trust by giving your customers a voice. Reviews impact new customer acquisition, make sales, and have a positive impact on your overall brand credibility.

The Stamped x Drip integration allows you to create automation emails to target specific customer groups based on their recent user-content submission, such as sending thank you emails for positive reviews and apology emails for negative reviews, or their recent loyalty activity, such as points balance emails and program tier emails. It's also possible to include the customer's balance rewards points, referral link, or customer birthdate as a section in your email template, to be used in campaigns.

Key features include the ability to:

    • Pass tracking events to Drip when a customer submits a review, NPS survey response, or asks a question

    • Sync customer properties to Drip such as Loyalty points, most recently submitted review, and more

Once this data is in Drip, brands create personalized and SMS marketing workflows. Here are some high impact examples of automated workflows using the Drip x Stamped integration:

    • Submitted Review (Positive or Negative)
        • Send a thank you email and invitation to the loyalty program automatically to customers who submit a positive review. 

        • Send a quick response asking for more information to address negative reviews.

    • Submitted Review Video or Photo
        • Reviews including photos and videos can be repurposed as user-generated content in your social media channels. Automate a request to these types of reviews to ask permission to share them and to thank the customer for their rich-content review.

    • Submitted NPS
        • A Net Promoter Score (NPS) is used by brands to measure customer loyalty over time.

        • Create a workflow to thank the customer for sharing their NPS and to offer specific discounts or invite the customer to join your loyalty program.

    • Loyalty Program Customer has not purchased in 6 months
        • Create personalized segments for loyalty programs customers to re-engage them with an exclusive offer or a reminder of their points expiration date. 

        • Display loyalty program points in emails to customers to remind them of their points in various types of emails.

Here are the three ideas from the webinar to maximize your brand credibility, reviews strategy, and loyalty program with Stamped x Drip:

    • Get the timing right
        • Review requests (be it email or SMS) should be delivered at the right time to your customers. If you are included them in a post-purchase flow in Drip, ensure that you have set an appropriate buffer time to send the review request email so the customer sees value and experiences the product before writing their review. 

    • Embed your referral codes in multiple emails
        • Starting a referral program is the quickest way to implement loyalty. As it drives direct sales, you can measure the ROI quickly. Embedded referral codes in multiple emails makes it more likely for customers to remember and action on the referral program.

    • Re-engagement campaigns are highly effective
        • A re-engagement campaign is a series of communications sent to customers when they haven’t interacted with your brand in a while. Sharing that loyalty program points are expiring or a special discount incentivizes customers to make a purchase before they expire.
